Registration Deadline
Whilst the Delegate Management Team at JC Conferences will do their utmost to ensure that all delegate requirements are accommodated for in the lead up to the event, it would be greatly appreciated if all delegate registrations could be received NO LATER THAN MARCH 26th, 2010. This will allow us time to fully prepare for the event.
We fully appreciate that this may not be possible in some cases and late registrations will be dealt with on an individual basis.
PLEASE NOTE that late registrations cannot be guaranteed acceptance and will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
Should You Need to Cancel Your Place
Where written notice of cancellation or amendment to a booking is received by JC Conferences between three calendar months and one month prior to the meeting, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value becomes payable in respect of the number of reduced spaces booked.
Where a booking is cancelled or amended within one calendar month and one week prior to the meeting a cancellation fee of 80% of the booking value becomes payable in respect of the numbers of reduced spaces booked.
Where a booking is cancelled or amended within one week prior to the meeting a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking value becomes payable in respect of the numbers of reduced spaces booked.
The full rate is charged when delegates who are expected to arrive fail to do so unless a substitution is made.
All accommodation for the BrAVO Spring Meeting is the responsibility of the delegate and is to be settled and booked directly with the hotel.
