Delegate Rate Information
Registrations this year should, wherever possible, be made online.
Please click on the Register tab on the top menu to access the form for completion. Once submitted, this will be delivered directly to JC Conferences who will confirm your registration by return and send an invoice for payment.
If for any reason you are unable to access the online registration form please contact Emma Villa @ JC Conferences on 020 7384 2363 or by email to emma@jcconferences.co.uk and she will be able to assist.
PAYMENT INFORMATION AND METHODS:
Payment can be made by cheque, credit or debit card or by BACS transfer.
Please note that card transactions will carry a 1.5% handling fee. The invoice will include details of where to send your cheque and the necessary bank account details for BACS transfers.
Delegate Rates
We are pleased to be able to offer the following rates for the 2009 Winter Meeting:

| Gala Dinner with Entertainment (non-residential delegate) | £35 per person |
| Partner Joining Fee (Friday) | £60 per person |
| Partner Joining Fee (Saturday, incl Gala Dinner) | £75 per person |
All rates quoted are inclusive of VAT at 15%.

PLEASE NOTE All delegates will be required to settle any extras during their stay directly with the hotel on departure, for example:

Full Residential Rate (Single or Twin Occupancy)
- Overnight Accommodation with Full English Breakfast for two nights

- Twilight Spa Package OR Bentley’s Buffet on Friday Night
- Buffet Luncheon on Saturday & Sunday

PLEASE NOTE that the Twin Rate applies to two delegates and not one delegate plus a partner. If you are planning on sharing a room with another delegate attending all meeting sessions please request a twin room rate. If however you are a delegate and wish to bring a partner (to share the hotel room and to attend evening dinner(s)), then please choose the Single Residential Rate plus Partner Joining Fee for the relevant night(s).
