Registrations this year should, wherever possible, be made online.
PAYMENT INFORMATION AND METHODS:
Payment can be made by cheque, BACS transfer or via credit or debit card over the telephone.
Once registered you will be sent a confirmation email with your invoice for payment attached. The invoice will include details of where to send your cheque and the necessary bank account details for BACS transfers.
Please ensure you send payment confirmation through when you make your payment so we can match up payments to the relevant delegate. Please use your delegate number +BrAVO as your reference if paying by BACS. If paying by cheque, please write your delegate number on the reverse.
All payments MUST be received ahead of the meeting taking place.
PAYMENT PLAN:
Once again we will be offering exhibitors the option of paying exhibitor fees in instalments across three months as well as paying in full on confirmation. Please ensure you tick the preferred payment plan on your registration form.

Access to the Lounge Area being used for the BrAVO Winter Meeting Exhibition Space will be made available from Friday early evening for those exhibitors wishing to arrive on Friday for set up.
Alternatively set up will be available from 0700hrs on Saturday morning for any exhibitors arriving on Saturday.
The Lounge area is situated behind the hotel’s main reception and will be hired exclusively for the BrAVO Winter Meeting so no other hotel patrons will be able to access the space for the duration of the event.
We would advise however that any valuable equipment being used on your stand is stored safely in the safe available in your bedroom or stored with the hotel concierge where possible. Do not leave expensive equipment in the Lounge when it is not in use.
Stands will be set up around the edge of the room with lounge seating being left in the middle of the space for guests to take their refreshment breaks and luncheon.
Stands will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
