Should you for any reason be unable to register online please contact Emma Villa at JC Conferences who will be able to help you (emma@jcconferences.co.uk / 020 7384 2363).
All hotel charges other than those specified as being included within your relevant delegate rate description are the responsibility of the individual delegate and must be settled directly with the hotel on departure.
Registration Deadline
Whilst the Delegate Management Team at JC Conferences will do their utmost to ensure that all delegate requirements are accommodated for in the lead up to the event, it would be greatly appreciated if all delegate registrations could be received NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 30th, 2009. This will allow us time to fully prepare for the event and brief the hotel of requirements.
We fully appreciate that this may not be possible in some cases and late registrations will be dealt with on an individual basis.
PLEASE NOTE that late registrations cannot be guaranteed acceptance, especially where accommodation may be required and this will be subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.
Should You Need to Cancel Your Place
In accordance with the terms and conditions of Whittlebury Hall:
Where written notice of cancellation or amendment to a booking is received by the venue between three calendar months and one month prior to its commencement, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value becomes payable in respect of the number of reduced spaces booked.
Where a course is cancelled or amended within one calendar month and one week prior to its commencement a cancellation fee of 80% of the booking value becomes payable in respect of the numbers of reduced spaces booked.
Where a course is cancelled or amended within one week prior to its commencement a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking value becomes payable in respect of the numbers of reduced spaces booked.
The full rate is charged when delegates who are expected to arrive fail to do so unless a substitution is made.
All extra meals, accommodation and facilities or amenities booked for delegates or visitors and cancelled within 24 hours are chargeable in full.
