Terms

This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. Payment must be received in full before the event. Care Matters Partnership are cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of confirmation documents: If by 7 days prior to the conference you have not heard from us, contact us on 020 3393 7307. No credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations. Your booking can be transferred to another named delegate by providing written notice no less than 3 days prior to the event. Payment should be made in full before the event, any payments made after the conference will be subject to a £60 administration fee.

Payment Options

On receipt of your registration you will be sent an email confirming your place has been booked. You will then be sent an invoice from our finance team. Payment must be received in full before the event. Any payments made after the conference will be subject to a £60 administration fee. Methods of payment include cheque, BACS transfer and card payments over the telephone, by calling 020 7384 2365.

By registering for a conference, Care Matters Partnership Ltd and its subsidiary companies can provide you with information relating to your booking and other services by email, direct mail, telephone or fax.
