Delegate Accommodation
Many venues are available with either on-site accommodation or facilities just a few minutes drive away. We can provide a booking service for your guests and can cater for all types of dietary or mobility requirements. In addition our experience in the sector may allow us to negotiate preferential rates to obtain the best possible options for your budget.
We can offer rates including or excluding breakfast, for single, double or twin occupancy and depending on your event these can be stand alone rates or can be combined with a day delegate rate to provide a fully comprehensive 24 hour residential option. Read more

Whether large or small, we endeavour to ensure that your event falls within your budget.
We provide complete cost breakdowns for all aspects of your event so you can clearly see how much each aspect costs, and then where necessary we can reduce or remove items to better suit your needs. Read more

What Our Service Includes as Standard:
PRE-EVENT
- FREE venue finding service to secure the perfect venue for your event.
- Design of a bespoke online registration form, complete with your company branding.
- A dedicated email address.
- Receipt and collation of all online delegate registrations.
- Personalised written confirmation (via email) to each delegate confirming receipt of their registration, including a synopsis of all their requirements.
- Full delegate, client and venue liaison as required.
- Set up of a delegate database capturing all information provided at registration, a copy of which will be emailed to a company representative on a weekly basis or as required.
- A dedicated event manager at JC Conferences for you and your delegates to speak to in case of query.
ON-SITE MANAGEMENT
- Production of Delegate Name Badges for the event.
- Fully staffed registration desks on arrival at the event.
- An on site Event Manager for the duration of your event.*
- Delegate Registration & Information Desk (including staff), manned for the duration of the event.
POST-EVENT
- An email sent to all delegates thanking them for attending the event, including a link to an online evaluation.
- Design of a bespoke online event evaluation requesting feedback.
- Collation of post-event evaluation results and production of a synopsis report which will be sent to the client for their reference.
- Final copy of delegate database sent to the client contact for their records.

Delegate Registration
For any size event we offer a registration service for all delegates which leaves our clients free to speak to their guests and deal with any other aspects of their function they need to.
Our staff will run your welcome/ registration desks, control guests lists, check off names as people arrive and issue delegate badges or packs where required. Read more
Event Evaluation & Feedback
It is important to evaluate your event once it is over and we always seek feedback from our clients on how they think their event went, how good our services were and those of our entertainers, technicians etc.
We can also create evaluation forms for your guests to complete on the event itself, which we collate and report back to you on so you know what your guests thought! Read more
Event Management
Not only will we plan and manage your event but if you would like us to be there, we will attend on the day or night to ensure everything runs smoothly and that you are free to relax and enjoy the event with your colleagues, friends or clients.
We realise that on-site management is not always necessary or sometimes practical for all events, but we are always happy to be on-site if our clients would like us there and so leave the decision to you. Of course if we are setting up or theming your event we will be there regardless! Read more
Online Registration Forms
In order to make your delegate registration as easy as possible, JC Conferences include a bespoke registration form in our Delegate Management service.
We can create anything from a simple branded registration form to a mini-website where your delegates will be able to choose workshops, view the agenda, request accommodation and register online.

FREE Venue Finding
Securing the perfect venue is a large part of creating the perfect event. As well as some of our favourite venues promoted on the Venues pages of our website, we also have access to a database of 1,000’s of venues throughout the UK.
Our Venue Finding Service is Free of Charge to our clients as we are paid in commission by the venues and suppliers we use. This does not affect the price you pay to the venues or suppliers in any way as they don’t increase prices to cover our fees. We regularly secure preferential rates with venues and suppliers having built up good strong relationships, and have the power to negotiate to ensure our clients’ needs are met.
From hotels and country houses to exhibition halls, theme parks and boats, plus the more unusual locations, we can secure the right venue for your needs. Read more
