The WES Annual Conference is the premier event in the UK connecting and inspiring women at all career stages in engineering, technology and science. Hear from the leaders in the field of engineering science and technology on tackling change and how to plan for a digital future. Invited speakers include technical leaders, though leaders and personal development professionals.

This year, the WES Annual Conference will also incorporate the WES Doris Gray Student Conference which celebrated its inaugural event in 2009 and was hugely successful. The 2010 promises to be even more successful as students attending can not only listen to a number of high profile speakers and participate in workshops, but also have the opportunity to attend a Gala Dinner and network with industry professionals.

To register to attend this event, please kindly complete all required fields below, choose your delegate type (WES Member, Non Member or Student), choose your registration type (one day, two days, dinner only etc.), agree to the terms and click Send Registration. Your details will then be passed to our event registration team who will contact you via email to confirm your place and provide an invoice for payment.

Bursaries may be made available to students (via the Doris Gray Fund) and those on reduced incomes. If you feel you need the benefit of a bursary please include this in the notes in your registration form below, or contact the WES Office (info@wes.org.uk) before registering.

All hotel charges other than those specified as being included within your relevant delegate rate description are the responsibility of the individual delegate and must be settled directly with the hotel on departure.

Registration Deadline

Whilst the Delegate Management Team at JC Conferences will do their utmost to ensure all delegates requirements are accommodated for in the lead up to the event it would be greatly appreciated if all delegate registrations could be received NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 29TH OCTOBER, 2010.  This will allow us time to fully prepare for the event and brief the hotel of requirements.

We fully appreciate in some cases this may not be possible and late registrations will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Please note late registrations cannot be guaranteed acceptance, especially where accommodation may be required and this will be subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.
